Romano Macaroni Grill ~ I didn't know what to blog about haha

Image
I went dinner here last night at Romano Macaroni Grill and I was like  "Oh yay!!  something to post on my blog." Haha.  So, I'm not a fan of salads. But how is Caesar salad soo good?? I mean its just a simple salad yet it is like one of my favorite salads to eat and that says a lot since I hardly eat salads haha. Parmesan cheese definitely makes it a bit to salty for me and the dressing can be a lot but its so delicious.  I think this was called Pasta Milano. I came here wanting to eat a different dish but I was too shy to ask them if they still had it since it was not on the menu. This dish was delicious but it was heavily seasoned. It had grilled chicken, mushrooms, sun dried tomatoes, cheese, and a sauce that I don't know how to describe. I guess it was something completely new to me and I was hoping it would taste like that pasta from Cheesecake Factory since I thought it had the same ingredients but I think I was wrong. It was a good pasta dish though!  ...

Boba ~ The Alley

Image
Oh man, where do I begin? I LOVE boba places and definitely trying to keep up with the trends since there are sooo many boba places everywhere!  The place I am going to talk about is The Alley . It's located at Ala Moana and it always have a lonngggg line. Luckily there is a thing called online ordering. Oh man, if you ever want to order from there, just order online. It is super quick and you don't have to wait the line to get your drinks. When the order is done, they would send you a text on your phone and you go right in to pick it up! Simple~  Anyway, here's my picture!  Strawberry Lulu (On the left) & Passion Green Tea(?) (On the Right) This was my first time going there and I regretted not getting their milk tea. I went back again but I forgot to take a picture.  ~ REVIEW ~ Sooo, I originally thought this place was one of those popular hype up kind of places and definitely since it is located in Ala Moana. I am so glad that I tried this place. I kind of fel...

Lady M ~ Crepe Cakes!

Image
Another food blog from me! I honestly think that food is the easiest thing for me to blog about since I love food.  The next place I wanted to blog about was this cake place I always wanted to try! The sign outside said its called "Lady M" but the thing outside said Waikiki Tea.  As you enter the place, it is really small. The first thing you would see entering the place would be this display case of crepe cakes! That's right. This place specialty is crepe cakes. I LOVE crepes and cake soo this was definitely really exciting for me to try! Here is my order of the cakes. My cake fell down while I was taking it home on the bus... (sad face) but its okay! Fresh Blueberry Cream (This is exactly what the worker said) Passionfruit (the one that fell down) and Original Signature. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ ~ MY REVIEW ~ Keep in mind: There are more flavors, but these are the ones that I chose! The crepe cakes are good. But definitely something I would not be buying on a daily basis. E...

First time at Paia Fish Market ~ Waikiki

Image
Waikiki has so many places to explore and so many places that I wish to try. I got to try Paia Fish Market for the first time! I wasn't even sure about it at first since I kind of thought it was a tourist trap. There was always a long line and I always wondered why.  Apparently, from what I heard someone say, they are popular because you get to choose a fish, and how you want the fish to be cooked and then served with sides...  .....And that is exactly what I did haha! I actually forgot what fish this was. I think it was grilled Mahi and then I wanted it with rice and homestyle fries(?) I was kind of shocked since I didn't know what to expect from it!  The fish plates tasted good. I agree on that part. It had ALOT of flavor. I mean too much. It was really salty to be honest.. I feel like it was a good place to try and see for yourself. However, I don't think I would be going back unless it is like the only place for me to eat there.  ~~~ This is my opinion. Please ta...

A Day at Waikiki Beach

Image
Hello! I wanted to blog about my time at Waikiki! I wanted to go to Waikiki since it was on the bus route that I took and I haven't gotten the chance to the see the beach ever since this whole pandemic thing happened. The last time I was here, I was having a picnic on a bench, watching the waves.  Walking by the beach always give me this peaceful feeling and watching the waters also makes me feel like my thoughts are flowing away with the waves! I didn't feel the same really since there was sooo much people there and that it was so hard to take a good photo without someone also taking a photo.  Here are some pictures:  (I just want to say that I am not the best at taking pictures. Also, the lighting wasn't that great.) I just want to say that the sky in this color is super pretty! The photos don't really capture what I saw in person, but it is close enough! I wish I could of took some videos but I couldn't do that since there were always people screaming or yelling ...

Candyland in Waikiki ~

Image
Hello! I wanted to share this new place that I found while exploring Waikiki. I just want to note that I didn't know that this place was even here and it was quite a shock to me. I was super surprised since for one thing. I don't normally eat candy haha. Yes. It is a candy place lol.  This place is called Dylan's Candy Bar .  (The lighting was bad and it was dark so I apologize!) I was walking alongside the beach sidewalks trying to navigate my way to International Market Place and ended up walking into a hotel looking place? I'm not sure what it was called or how I even stumbled upon going inside there.  Anyway, enough blabbering. Let's go inside!  I wasn't able to get much photos since I was busy admiring all the candy they had there haha!  I decided to take a photo of this candy jar place in the middle (I'm not even sure what to call it) I was also looking at all the chocolate candy bars they had and man they have a selection! It's hard to see it in ...

My Blog #1

Image
Hello! I'm glad you came to read my first blog post! I'm still learning how to do this and I'm not even sure what I want to do as a topic yet soo...  Here's some food pictures that I took about a week or two ago! These are from Shiro's Saimin in Aiea! I was so excited to eat here since it was my first time. Also, I was really hungry so I wanted like the fastest thing on the menu. However, all the food came at once so  it didn't really matter.  Homemade Hamburger Steak Onion Rings Saimin (I forgot what this was actually called but I think it was something like old fashion saimin.) Does any of this look familiar? Probably not. I'm not the best at taking photos.  I will say that I love the atmosphere of this place. It gave this comfy home vibe that you would get if you were eating homemade cooking with your family. The service here was really good, especially for the hard times we are currently living in! The food did take a while for it to arrive, but the lady...
