First time at Paia Fish Market ~ Waikiki

Waikiki has so many places to explore and so many places that I wish to try. I got to try Paia Fish Market for the first time! I wasn't even sure about it at first since I kind of thought it was a tourist trap. There was always a long line and I always wondered why. 

Apparently, from what I heard someone say, they are popular because you get to choose a fish, and how you want the fish to be cooked and then served with sides... 

.....And that is exactly what I did haha!

I actually forgot what fish this was. I think it was grilled Mahi and then I wanted it with rice and homestyle fries(?) I was kind of shocked since I didn't know what to expect from it! 

The fish plates tasted good. I agree on that part. It had ALOT of flavor. I mean too much. It was really salty to be honest..

I feel like it was a good place to try and see for yourself. However, I don't think I would be going back unless it is like the only place for me to eat there.
